Project Implicit Youth

Project Implicit is excited to introduce a new collaboration for youth and adolescents to learn about the Implicit Association Test (IAT) and implicit associations more generally. Participants will be guided through some foundational concepts, including the logic behind how the IAT works. There will be two IATs to take -- one that lets people experience an IAT using more general concepts (for example, dogs vs. cats), and one where people can see how these associations manifest in a social domain like race or gender. By going through this module, you can gain more insights into how we all form associations across many different domains. We encourage you to participate, get a better understanding of the mental associations you hold, and think about how these associations develop and change (or not!).

I am aware of the possibility of encountering interpretations of my IAT performance with which I may not agree. Knowing this, I wish to proceed with the "Project Implicit Youth" Implicit Association Task
